ive dated this girl on and off for about a year now, when its on, its passionate and fun but when its off, there is basically no communication until one of us decides to put our pride to the side. we had a huge fight about a month and a half ago and i have just gotten over some of the things she has done. we are talking again and she says she loves me, but she is reluctant to let me back in. i love this girl and i dont wanna lose her as a friend or lover, and if we are going to be friends how come she doesnt want to see me, isnt that what friends do?? helpme

You're beyond "friends" as you've described by your feelings for her - and you've either hurt or pissed her off considerably. That said, a month and one half is a LONG TIME to be upset/not communicate about what happened, under your specific circumstances.
I see that you love her, what I don't see - is that she loves you...it just doesn't seem plausible if she hasn't made more of a communicative effort by now in dealing with this more recent issue.
Sorry to be so forthright...as I know firsthand, how truth can hurt!

i was in a relationship like that for 1 1/2 years. and those "on again, off again" relationships only mean one thing...your not ment to be. i finally left the guy and found the man i'm truly happy with and we've been together for 2 going on 3 years. just move on and you'll find the one you are ment to be with.
