What Restaurant can we get in that we might see stars. How hard is it to get into Justin Timberlakes place?

The best place to see movie stars in New York for under $20.00 (food included) and at the movie theatre.
You may get lucky and see one of the actors (like De Niro) there also if its a premier.

Don't know anything about Justin Timberlake's place, but I'm guessing that means you are younger. A nice place to see stars is the Tavern on the Green in Central Park. Another is Ted Hook's Backstage...not sure of that address. Sometimes you just see them walking on the street shopping, but is not that easy to recognize them. For younger stars, I'm not sure. Probably some of the more trendy clubs.

Have a drink in the bar of the Mercer Hotel around 11:00 pm. Someone famous is always there.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for seeing movie stars when your in... its not as common as you might think and I would hate for your to be disappointed in your trip here.
