I am on disability and living at home with parents . court ordered these but I have no money.I Live in PA

How do you expect to be able to raise a child under these circumstances? Would the child be better off with the other parent?

most courts require the outstanding fees be paid by the time the case has closed. You should also be able to request a payment plan. Like everyone else I have to wonder if this really is the best situation for a child. I can only assume there are extensive issues already if the judge has put in an order of this type. Perhaps you and your lawyer should look into other options.

Talk to your lawyer. If you can't afford those tests, then how do expect to raise a child?
