It's true that all people sin. I see what you're saying...we all sin, so why is it that sexual orientation seems to be regarded as such a big deal?... Some sin is intentional, and other sin is stupid, temporary irrational actions. Sometimes we consciously know what we are doing, and sometimes not. Here's what I think really gets people upset about homosexuality... Homosexuality isn't a single act of sin--whether it's intentional or accidental--that one says to oneself later, "Why did I do that? I should turn away from this sin." Homosexuality is a constant lifestyle in which a person decides, "Okay, this is what I am. The Bible may say it's wrong (or another holy book), but this is what I am." This is the reason many people hate homosexuality so much--because it's a conscious decision to live in constant sin, according to what their holy book tells them. Furthermore, most people that dislike homosexuality do not agree that a person is born that way, but has a desire to experiment sexually, or live on lusts. Having said that, I don't think we should hate a person who is homosexual. We should be kind and loving to them. But this doesn't mean that the homosexuality will be encouraged.

AnArdRi didn't get his list?
Gee, that's strange...I didn't get mine, either.
So, for those who didn't get their lists yet either, I'm a Christian mother and grandmother, completely and blissfully straight...
And, for the record, I am a widow, semi-retired from the "dating scene."
Unless someone really SUPER comes along to make me change my mind, I have no intention of ever again sharing a bathroom with a man.
(For the next list, I want sexual orientation, religion, and MARITAL STATS!!)
