How long will spaghetti sauce keep? I have a jar in my fridge that I used part of it about a week and a half ago, it smells fine and there is not mold on it. It has been in the fridge the whole time

Two weeks is fine, three weeks is pushing it......as long as the "sniff" and "looks" tests are OK, it should be fine, as the acidity and sodium content of the sauce pretty much keep it stable while under refrigeration.....Just bring it to at least 175 degrees for at least 20 minutes, just to be sure.......Enjoy!!!

Yeah, that is nevertheless okay to consume as long as you probably did no longer shop the sauce in on good of the range all 3 days. Yum. i know that i've got eaten leftover pasta sauce 4 or 5 days once I made it. relish your leftovers. :)

It's OK. Boil some pasta, heat the sauce, and enjoy.

Usually 14 days after it's open...after that, then the green fuzzy stuff starts to show, and that's not good eats.
