You have to consume more calories than you burn. Developing muscle will also do it as muscle weighs more than fat. Eating pasta dishes, especially those with an Alfredo sauce, will add plenty of calories to your diet. They taste good, too!

If you're ectomorphic (someone that's naturally skinny/slim), you should go to the gym and do some weight training. This is what my doctor told me. Also, he indicated that I need to do heavy weights with small reps.

You eat more, but healthy, and stay in shape.

If you're underweight it could be because of your metabolism. I have a friend who's really skinny and doesn't gain weight cuz she has a fast metabolism. You should talk to your doctor if you're concerned about your weight. They usually have the best answers.

you eat fatty food duh if you want to lose weight then drink water exersice eat healthy foods and if you wanto eat fatty food eat them once a month at least. so thnk healthy
