The answer is no. Dairy and meat will not make you fat. Both are essential to your diet and can be forms of lean protein. Unless instructed by a doctor, these food categories shouldn't be removed from your diet. Meat and dairy are good for you. They help build muscle, help your muscles repair and contain things like protein and extremely digestible vitamins. If you do eat these things try going for lean meats such as fish, chicken, and beef (not from fast food restaurants). Also eggs are good to have every once in a while as well. Milk and Dairy help build up your bones and especially for women, prevent osteoporosis. If you do decide to take these things out of your diet make sure you replace them with other sources of protein such as nuts and foods like avocado.

too much of any food will make your fat. If you eat everything in moderation and exercise, you should not have a problem. If you stop eating meat and dairy you might not get the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. The key is to not eat more than what you need for healthy living.

More than half all people have a calcium shortage already. Excluding dairy from their diet would cause the problem to get worse. Osteoporosis doesn't just make you walk around all bent-over. It kills.
Excluding meat and dairy from your diet is a *selective* anorexia, but it's anorexia, all the same. Malnutrition leads to mental disorders (most vegetarians are paranoid psychotics), and results in illness, an increased number of accidents, and early death.
That's not to say that I object to suicide. If life is unbearable, it's inherently your right to not bear it. In fact, not even one of the 50 states makes it a crime to kill yourself. But you ought to know what you're doing before you do it.

Well, it depends on how old you are. Dairy and meats are important to eat on a daily basis when your in your teens, but i suppose you could go without them in the older years.
