In your heart and mind

Truth is different places for different people. That's why there are so many religions.

There's an old story about a group of blind men who went to see what an elephant was like. One put out his hand and grabbed its tail and said, "Ah, the elephant is like a rope!" Another of the blind men felt its leg and said, "No, the elephant is like a tree!" Another reached out and felt its ear, and said, "The elephant is like a fan, you are both wrong!" And yet another said, "You are wrong, all of you, the elephant is like a snake!" And they fought long and hard about the true nature of the elephant.

I find that there is a doorway to truth...not truth itself, but a doorway to it, in slowing down and looking for the beauty and laughter and joy in life. And for me, listening to the wind in the leaves I hear a deeper rhythm, a music that is percieved with the spirit and not the ears, and in that music and that light and that dance I find the way to my truth.

I wish you joy in your search, and light on your path.

The truth is in the mouths of babies.

A baby does not live as part of this world
A baby does not lie,
A baby does not have ambitions
A baby is pure and kind
A baby does not want anything else more than the love of the parents

When we are like them, then we know the truth.

Some of it at least. Whatever is allowed for us to know.

Logically we can know truth exists. If there were no truth the statement there is no truth would also be untrue.

I can tell you where it isn`t. Its not in a religion, and it`s not in the mouths of politicians, and it`s not in many of the books used to teach history.
Truth is something you have to search for. It`s not often easy to find, as many people put a lot of effort into hidding it, to cover up their mistakes and mistakes of their ancestors.

Good luck in your search..

"Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder" and so does the truth. There is only on truth: "I think therefore I am"

So John 14:6-7 (New International Version)
New International Version (NIV) is the truth.

Do you mean previous version were not true?
Shouldn't truth remain always the same? Why the versions of Bible keep changing the facts and why each new version has deletions and additions.

Does your God keep changing his statements? How could he, if he died 2000 years ago.? I bet it is translators who keep making mistakes every time they rewrite Bible.

What is truth in changing versions? Will you please explain?
