Is there another adult family member that you can talk to???

An aunt, uncle, or grandparent. If not .... Then go to your
school counselor or principal and tell them your concerns.
And let (whomever) you talk to ... know that your parents will not take you to the doctor.

I am wondering (however) how did you AND your parents make this diagnosis???

Have your parents said that they think you should eat more
iron-enriched food ... and then they will take you to the doctor??? Are your parent's giving you vitamins???

Many schools have a nurse or clinic available .... You definitely need to get some adult support!

I wish you the best!!!

Read a book on nutrition(get it at the library) and find out what foods are high in iron. Eat those foods. You don't need a doctor.
