It sounds like he doesn't want to be "together" anymore and he's too immature to actually tell you. Stop chasing him and maybe he'll see that he misses your friendship and will call you. If not, then he's not really worth you worrying over, is he? Don't dwell on a silly boy who doesn't even have the balls to tell you he doesn't want to be with you anymore.

First - you can quit harrassing the poor guy!
After the "first" time changing your name, you should have got the point - he does NOT want to talk to you anymore. And by pulling the same immature stunt THREE TIMES, he probably NEVER wants to hear ANYTHING from you again!!!
As hard as it might be to hear - you need to MOVE ON. People say that long distance relationship DO NOT WORK for a REASON - if they ALL worked, then NOBODY would say that...

You're clearly not "together" any more. Maybe his wife found out what he was up to and asked him to stop (just a theory, not everyone's who they say they are on the net)? Leave him alone for a while. If he wants you he'll be back, if not, well I think he's given you more than a subtle hint that he wants to move on. The next move's his, if he still wants you.

Uhm.. By the sounds of it he got over the relationship.
Guys can do that really fast.
Maybe also he found someone that lived closer to him and it would have worked out better as alot of long distance relationships dont work out. Sorry to break it to you.

Move on he obviously is. It may hurt now but in the long run you will be better off. It is better to be with someone that loves you back, you can't make someone feel something for you if they don't. You will find someone who returns your love and until you do its better to be alone

He's not talking to you, and avoiding and ignoring you at every possible moment. No, you're not still together. We all like closure but sometimes it isn't possible. Instead of dwelling on the whys and what's move on and find a new guy.

Since hes ignoring I guess hes not that into you anymore or something. But you need to talk to him to clear things up. He cant just end it by ignoring you.

It sounds like he found someone else and he doesnt want to tell you so he is avoiding you so you will break up with him. Find a real man, you sound better than that

sounds like it's over. i know it's hard but just let him go it apparently isn't going to work and the more you try to push the issue the further away you'll push him. you deserve better treatment than what he's giving you. if it's meant to be it will be and if not something better will come along.

something like that really hurts
you never what he's going through though
but the fact that you did it 3 times says thats somethings going on
and maby you deserve to be treated better
and don't get to thinking you need a man (boy, whatever)
