Being it has eggs in it I wouldn't keep it around for more than 4 days. Keep it in an air tight container and I would also put some wax paper on top of the dough before covering. You might have to add a tbs of water if it is too dry. Experment and freeze a ball of it in a freezer bag and get it out a month from now, thaw and bake the same day. I do this with a pie crust recipe I use.

Because of the raw eggs in the dough, I wouldn't keep it longer than 3-4 days. If you are going to keep it longer, freeze it.

Freeze it! It will keep for atleast 3 months in a good freezer bag.

Depends on if you are talking about pre-packaged or homemade. Most packages and most recipes will tell you how and how long to store.
