Yeah, I've been interested in magic tricks since I was a child, but recently I wanted to learn of real magic. I'm a christian though. Any help would be appreciated.
PS- I've been having awesome dreams of me with powers and magical creatures, I want to make my dreams reality!

Since magic is the illusions and sleight of hand practiced by magicians to entertain an audience, near all the answers you have received so far are rather ignorant.
I will take it that possibly you wish to know of the crafts and talents of true Magick. There is no rule as to whatever God you worship or just believe in that has anything to do with most Magick. Why would any God become angry for a person to dowse for water or work at healing. If you have a talent for divination, you can assume that talent came from your God, or not, depending on whether you have a gifting God or a taking God.

It does not sound loopy in any respect, however I would not name it magic. It is going a long way past that. You is also setting up a few of your interior non secular powers. If that is real, be certain you want the great for everybody and the whole thing. Otherwise it might chew you. This might be what your desires are telling you. It's not really clear from your question what you consider 'real' magic. Without more info it's very hard to give you a better answer.
But magick (usually spelled with a 'k' to deliniate it from magic tricks) is certainly real. It's inherent in the energy of the universe.
Being a Christian does not mean you must ignore this inherent energy. It does require one not to sitck rigidly to fundamentalist dogma however. That's an individual decision.
Harry Potter magic does *not* exist. D&D magic does *not* exist (although that I would find very handy personally). Magic tricks and magicians deal in illusions, *not* magic. But magick - yes very much so.

I had and still have those too, real magic is real, but not exactly like "Sabrina; The Teenage Witch" Or "Charmed" but Charmed comes really close to REAL magic or Magick. There are Christian witches, i was in doubt about that 2, so i asked the father at my church and he said their are Christian witches, but most of them take it to far...the are called Meso-Pagans.

Not of the variety to change or bend the laws of nature.
Magic is about internal change. If you can change yourself, you change your world. It's psychology, symbolism, self-hypnosis and focusing the mind. Not some supernatural "easy way out." Nothing like in the movies.

with the faith of a mustard seed .magical supernatural miracles will happen i have seen many such miracles.its the total undoubting complete Faith that does it.Faith opens one to the spirit of God which is a real power and force that can and will makes things happen. see it. believe it. have faith and you will see miracles. which some people call magic.do not turn to the dark side.The bible calls that dark side the Prince of the power of the air.the devil and his demons is real, and God and his spirit and angels is real do not turn to the Devil, trust only in God.
