This is my Digital Photography Group. It's designed for this exact purpose. You can post photos and get some great feedback. Learning photography is a reiterative process. You shoot something, get critiques, shoot again, get more critiques, etc etc.
While studying has it's place, actually doing it is where you'll learn the most.
