If you want to make Schnitzel with them, sprinkle with black pepper and pound your pork chops so they are flat and even. Dip in milk, add some garlic powder to your bread crumbs and dip them in that. Put some oil in your skillet and brown them. Then place them in the oven 350º for no longer than 15 minutes. That will help the muscles in the chop relax and not make a tough chop. Make a white sauce to go over them and serve.

8 boneless pork chops, 1/4 inch thick (about 2 lb.)

1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Seasoned Coating Mix

1 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package. Place chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated and cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa, if desired
