Hi my name is nicole i been having a a flat *** for well all my life and i'm black all black female has to have a big *** and i dont seem to have one how do u grow a bigger booty?

Lol. You have to EXERCISE!!! And keep a healty diet,do squats and everything...I do everything cause I like Buffie The Body's butt in particular

Treadmill, StairMaster, and Squats will help in the booty department...If you don't have access to a treadmill or StairMaster...do lots of running and squats! Last but not least you can embrace your booty the way it is!!

LOL! I think u should do some butt lifts. Lie on the floor,knees up, and lift your butt. It kinda helps make the butt look bigger, but tights up. Also, walking up hills or on an incline.

So maybe try some ice cream every day ?

start going for walks, like in the park and walk up-hill alot.
