This is more of a comment and a suggesstion more than it is a question, but I want to say it anyway. How come Singles and Dating are both in the same category? When you think about it, the two really don't have anything in common. A dating category should be for couples (or people looking to be coupled) only. Now what does being single have to do with that? The Singles category should contain questions about people who are actually just single and not looking for anyone and how they can get the most enjoyment out of being a happy single human being! What do you think? Should Y! Ans. separate these two? I think that they should.

Because some people consider dating to be exactly what it is. They aren't committed. They are enjoying the company of a person or a number of people in order to learn about themselves and possibly find a nice match. Sharing dinner or romantic experiences with a person on a semi-regular basis doesn't change your relationship status from single. Being a "happy, single human being" can involve spending time with other people without actually wanting a relationship that is continuous. Some people refer to a boyfriend/girlfriend or same-sex relationship to be dating. That's where the confusion comes into place. Call it what you want. You and the other person are the only ones who have to define the relationship.

Its just a commercialization of the word "Single" actually. Dateing sites are trying to catch the eyes of SINGLE folks.....so using single as a word pertaining to dateing is just there way of selling you something.
