It is delicious.......remember Pimiento Cheese when you were a kid?? Like that, but a more intense pimiento flavor.....I use it as a fat free substitute for mayo on a sandwich, but you have a number of ways to use it......Crackers, flat-breads, pita wedges, oh, and my favorite, spread on a flour tortilla and covered with shredded cheese and popped in the nuke-ro-wave till the cheese melts and it makes a delicious quesadilla.......Enjoy, and you'll wish you'd bought more than one jar.........Refrigerate once it's opened, and use it within a week of opening........

you may surely roast any of them, and the excellent thank you to try this's the two on a grill or decrease than a broiler, purely be certain you change them generally and that they are going to be accomplished as quickly as the full pepper is charred and black. when you do away with them from the warmth, positioned them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. this would enable it to steam and makes taking the exterior off plenty much less complicated! you may shop them in olive oil and upload any form of herbs or garlic cloves to marinate them! desire this facilitates!

I like to mix it up with some sour cream or cream cheese and use it as a dip for tortilla chips.
