God created the potential for evil. it is man that chooses to engage in evil however. We really do have a choice!

Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these [things].

Deu 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, [that] I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

Evil is not the same as the act of evil. The "act" is the implementation and result of "evil." Evil, then, is the core of all that work against Godly purposes and is embodied in all that defines Satan. God did not give us evil, He gave man a choice and man chose evil. Therefore, just as Satan is responsible for evil, man is responsible for evil acts.

God isn't able to be evil, it's not in his nature. Everyone who ever lived is responsible in some way or other for evil.

If we say God is responsible He must suffer the consequences of our evil acts but the truth is we are responsible to our own deeds, whether good or bad.

God knew that we can't save ourselves that is why He send His only begotten Son to suffer in our stead. Jesus died on Calvary to acquit and justified us of the guilt and sins that we should have paid for.

And that is called GRACE, so rich and free...

God created us with a free will to choose right from wrong. It is called our conscience. Sometimes we surrender that free will to demonic temptation. Sometimes we are oppressed until we bow to sin. Sometimes evil manifests because of ignorance. That could be a generational curse. The bible says overcome evil with good. Our God is a good God. Amen??

Humans are responsible for evil, as well as good

God certainly is not responsible. He gives us free will to do good. If we choose to do evil then we have followed the will of Satan.

In a non-theological and non-moral view, there is no evil. People kill each other like animals kill each other for power. But if you believe in the teachings of God (or whatever deity you believe in), it's humans who are responsible. We were given free will, and we abuse it.

I hope I answered your question...

The Devil. He imparts bad ideas, the person has the conscience to choose good or evil.
Remember, The Devil is the Fallen Angel of God.
When you are raised with morals & values, you know the difference between right & wrong by the time you are 10.
