i pass gas when i exercise.

At your next Dr's appt mention it - there are some harder to detect diseases that have this as a symptom.

Work out more outside of school, aerobics or running, get your body used to cooling itself down.

Drink more water before, during, and after exercising.

Put a cool, damp towel on the back of your neck to help speed your cool down when you are done.

Make sure your workout outfit is temperature appropriate, if you are wearing sweats go to shorts, your body needs to be cooler.

You could try wearing makeup, but at the same time you don't want to cake it on your face, especially if you're gonna be sweating. I wouldn't worry too much about it. At least you're not one of the girls who sits around in gym class and moves as little as possible. You're healthy, you're taking gym and you're getting a good workout.

Maybe you are just embarrassed when you exercise. Are you exercising nude at the gym? This could be an issue.

You have GOOD blood Circulation- and you "flush" easily. There's really nothing you can do about it- other than be THANKFULL that it's a sign of GOOD health (and NOTHING to be embarrassed about). If MORE people had YOUR "problem"- we wouldn't need as many Hospitals. :)
