Utinam valeam, Domine.

Utinam tranquillus sim, Domine.

Literally, "Would that I were strong, Lord," and "Would that I were at peace, Lord."

Not to nitpick, but the previous answers are phrased as commands. I know that's how the original English prompt seems to be put, but in Latin one would not generally address a deity in the imperative. Latin would prefer the English prompt to be, "God, may you (please) grant me strength."

I think the translation would be:
Deus, da mihi quaeso virtutem.
Deus, da mihi quaeso pacem.
But I'm not 100% sure =/
