You've gotten some great ideas for decorations and favors already but here is one more. I had this at my wedding and guests that attended still mention what an awesome idea it was and how they still enjoy the memories.
have Polaroid camera and a person that goes around table to table and takes photos of guests
place pre-printed photo frames(to match invite/theme)
ours looked like a card with our first names and the date you opened it up and you placed the photo inside(like a Santa pic)
on tables It really wasn't that much $$ and guests loved it!

Center Pieces:
www.bigrose.com 250 roses for $199 - buy a variety of pink roses...go to Good Will or a craft store and buy however many vases you need - fill the vases with the pink roses and tie a brown ribbon around the center of the vase. You can even put red food dye in the water to make it pink too.
-Then you can make sure each person takes one rose home at night as the favor.
If you do the thing where each person takes a rose -as the favor - put a framed sign on each table that says something like "Roses are the flower of love. To help us celebrate our wedding nuptials, please take one when you leave as a reminder of the gift of love."
I think that would be a really great favor - people like flowers, they can go home and put them in a vase to remind them of the great wedding they went to. You could even buy some of the bud vials that you could put in a basket for them to take the rose home in, with a little tag on it saying the same thing.

What about little chocolate truffles wrapped in tulle( netting) and tie a little pink bow on top? Can even get your name/wedding date stamped on it. Pretty light pink table clothes for the tables with some rust/brown mums (either as plants wrapped with color foil or cut in a vase with a few pink roses added in) Across the head table you could have the pink tablecloth and run a rust color table runner down the length of it. Rust mums cut in a low center piece with about 6 baby pink roses and a candle in the middle. Overhead on the dance floor you could have a gathering of the tulle(netting) surrounded by gold/brown and pink balloons and highlight the walls with miniature clear x-mas lights. Hope this helps a bit...

There are so many ideas that it really depends on your style, your budget and what type of wedding you are having.
For favors you can get organza bags in just about any color. In them you can put candy, individual bag of flower seed (for your guests to plant in their garden) potpurri and just about anything you can think of. This would be something simple and not too expensive.
Favors can be more elaborate such as small picture frames that double as the place cards and favors. You can also have votive candle holders and use vellum with the names of your guests printed on them as place cards/favors. these are a little more expensive.
For centerpieces you can never go wrong with choosing a nice vase/bowl and using fresh flowers that compliment your color scheme with maching ribbon. Your florist can help with these.
It's hard to make reccomendations without more info, but here are some sites that may help:
