I am not sure if there is a website per say. The term sport martial arts that I and sometimes others use in this forum refers to the point fighting, kata, and weapons aspects of tournament competition. The competition aspects sometimes run contrary to what traditional Japanese/Okinawan styles stress as being a good, sound, effective technique or what you would use in other environments.

In point sparring you might get a point for scoring with a fast back-fist but really a jab to the nose or a kick to the groin would be a more effective technique in a street situation. However, face contact is not allowed below adult brown belt or in children's divisions nor are kicks to the groin in most tournaments. The strategy, distance and techniques for full contact are also different than that for tournament or point sparring and what you get points for and how you win per say.

In weapons competition it may be impressive to flip your bo staff thirty feet into the air and wait for it to come down and catch it behind your back without any break in rhythm or its movement but in real life you would not do that either. So the sport karate aspects don't always run in accordance with what traditional martial arts might stress as being a good, or effective technique or one that testing and promotions may be based on.
