I don't know what country you are from. I tried "Huoxetine" in a Yahoo! web search and got only 5 links, none of which were accesible or were in English so I could read them (Russian?, German and Chinese), I was able to ascertain it was a drug or medication and seemed to be for depression etc. but don't rely on that. Try googleing it.
