Actually it depends on the denomination.

Since you said priest I assume you are talking about a Catholic ceremony.

"I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life."

Then afterwards the priest says "May the Lord in His goodness strengthen your consent and fill you both with His blessings. What God has joined together, let no man put asunder."

Usually the church you are marrying in will provide you with a booklet that has suggestions on the vows and you can choose which one you would like to use.

Here are a few sites that may help you choose. Also the priest will walk you through the vows and what he will say. He will usually first ask do you john take ajne to be your wedded wife, then the groom responds I do. He will ask the bride the same question. The he will ask the groom to repeat after him, then the bride. It's all pretty simple.
