I have thin , straight hair and i find the way to stop it from becoming so "Flat", is to use certain types of products and shampoos/conditioners.

I think i used to us Redken 5th Ave, i think that's what it was called, and oh man..i cant think of the name of it...its not clear moisture..when you have flat hair you dont want to add more moisture b/c its already weighed down...you want to keep it light..i forget the name of the damn shampoo but its from Redken 5th Ave. It costs about 15$ a bottle, but i swore by this stuff when i was able to afford it lol I would use it and let my hair dry and it wouldnt be flat.

Also, another way to poof up your hair, when you blow dry it, blow your hair from back to front. Literally comb the hair from the back and bring it to the front and while you do that run the hair dryer over it.

I hope this helps :)ALSO, mouse and hairspray can help a bunch

I do not know of any web sites but I do know that if you only use conditioner once in a while, dry your hair upside down, curl your hair while it is upside down, and use a baking soda with your shampoo once a month to get out bad water and products your hair will be fluffier.... Also a clarifying shampoo would not hurt once in a while....

1) Pantene extra body conditioner - white bottle, purple label

2) Blow dry it for volume. Here's how:

3) Let you hair dry before going to bed. Put it in a loose pony tail above your head and release it in the morning.
