My favorite in order are: San Andreas, Vice City, and GTA3. I already pre-ordered the Special Edition of GTA4 for my PS3, but I'm almost certain that GTA4 will be my favorite when it comes out in March.

San Andreas, I played that game straight for over a year and a half! I even found out how to get the cops to back down when you are at max wanted level. and WITHOUT cheating.
It's hard as F**K but, it IS possible!!! GREAT FUN!!!

vice city, except the cops bust you out of a car way to easy... i get p*ssed and just shut the PS2 off sometimes... lol...
