Saltillo is the capital city of the northeastern Mexican state of Coahuila. Mexico is actually part of North America, but is generally considered to be part of Latin America, but yes, I would say Saltillo is in North America.

Saltillo is near Monterrey,Mexico, (50 miles northeast, aprox) is a nice city in the state of Coahuila.
