First of all this a hard issue to discuss, since people hold on to thier opinions, but i think that there are too many to just send them back home. First the person must show he know how to speak, read, annd write english, can't have been convicts of a SERIOUS(nothing like speeding unless it happens more than oneor twice ,more like DUI)crimes, and serve in the military (army,navy,airforce,w/e). Those that what to start on the path of citizenship will do this and those that don't better make sure they get stop by the police, cause your going home.

Sorry, that path would have to be a paved one right back from whence they came!

1. Seal the border to prevent Millions more wanting to jump across. Continue with all raids to encourage them to get in the process and to further limit the numbers. Continue to round up and deport criminals.
2. Require all adult illegals to give a full report on where they lived, who they lived with, where they worked, how much they were paid, and what SSN they used (if they used one) This information would be used to recover lost taxes and target abusive employers. Furthermore this info should also be compared to lists of illegals that collected welfare and require those who collected welfare and worked to repay what they stole.
3. If the illegals are "unable" to provide a complete report, they should be denied admission and deported along with their families.
4. Require that the report go back for 10 years. If they say they haven't been in the country that long they don't qualify.
5. Require they pay an additional fine. Bar them from any kind of state aid (welfare, grants and food stamps)
6. After all this is done they may apply to receive a green card like any other immigrant.

Today I was listening to the news about a NEW agreement with Korea. Problem is....they have had TONS of NEW agreements they never met. That is how I see the majority of our illegal immigrants. Don't beleive them, don't trust them, don't want them.....the only path, is a path out of here. Way I figure it.....they had their chance....there is a path.....they didn't pick it....time to go.

all of them that would be deported are ones that would have some kind of contact with the police anyway.
find out they are illegal,,,,,, deport them.
just because there are so many of them is no reason to ignore that they are here illegally.
the path to citizenship starts with coming here legally!!!!! not coming here illegally and then crying that they need special treatment!!!!!!!!

Barefoot along a long road littered with broken bottles, nails, and other pointy implements.
If you've ever played Afterlife, you'll know where I'm modeling this from.

The only path for illegals that I would like to see would be one heading south.

No rewarding illegal behavior - that would just send millions more streaming in.
Not too many to just send back home - since the workplace raids have started most are going home on their own. Start with the employers.

The path would go through barbed wire fencing, moats filled with alligators, 40 days through the desert, machine gun fire, dogs sleeping with cats, and when they make it, a $ 20000.00 entry fee. I firmly believe this would solve the illegal immigration and anchor baby issues

Here, s plan to contemplate. Allow the illegals in during harvest time just like it used to be. Let them work and deduct say 40% of their wages,When the harvest is done use the collected funds to deport them until next year. A win win situation.. No path to citizenship period !

Yes.. Create a path right back across the border they came in on.
All jokes aside, there is no solution. They are not going anywhere. They will continue to be exploited. Americans will continue to suffer consequences because of it.
