when i stand up for a long periond of time (1 hr) i feel like im spinning, i see stars, i get hot and nautious , and everything starts to become white. what is it?

Whatever it is you need to be seen by a Dr. It may be something as simple as standing with your knees locked. However only a medical trained Dr can tell you that. Best wishes

If you are standing in one spot and not moving the chances are the blood is not getting to your head. It is bad just to stand still in one spot for too long, learn how to move even just going up on your toes and then your heels.
