2 cups of Tim Hortons coffee with milk and sugar
2 Soya hot dogs, plain
2 bananas

I think I like things in pairs...thats why I am twice the weight I should be , HA HA HA

Orange juice, 3 eggs, 2 bites of a leftover casserole in the fridge.
Then a little later I had a Go-tart.
A little later a bran muffin and a baked potato with sour cream and butter.
Now I have to think about supper.
Raw broccoli and cauliflower and ranch dip sounds good, have to get them veggies in!

2 fried eggs with 2 pieces of wholewheat toast, I ate brunch, not breakfast. I had 2 cups of coffee and about a quart of water.
