No God: Yes
Religion is a big lie: Oversimplified by FAR, but still yes.
The Bible, The Torah, The Koran are books of lies: Funny how you mention all 3, but a single person can't believe all 3 at the same time without major contradictions. Saying there are 3 actually helps atheism.
Jesus Never Existed: No. Jesus wasn't divine. No reason to doubt he EXISTED.
No Afterlife: Yes.
Nobody has experienced heaven in a NDE no one experiences the Holy spirit: If you're in heaven, good luck trying to tell someone about it. If you've experienced the holy spirit, it's probably just a fancy name for peer pressure/drugs/dream/something you couldn't explain.
No one has a 6th sense: Define "sixth sense". If it's feeling the presence of something that isn't there, we call that imagination or a feeling created by your brain simply by the fact that you believe that's what it is.
Evolved from apes: Directly evolved from apes? Not necessarily. Roaches? Less likely, but I could see it happening.
Have this life (If it's good great, if it sucks, oh well tough luck): Yes, and i live it great instead of waiting for a better one without any proof I'll actually get it.
When you die you evolve back into dirt: DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT EVOLUTION IS!?!?!?!
For the critters to eliminate on:....???

NO GOD - No, not even one.
Religion is a big lie - more of an optimistic deception
Christians are mis-guided delusional or liars - some are each of these, but others may use Christianity as an expression of their desire to live moral lives. It takes all sorts.
The Bible The Torah, The Koran all books of lies - I'd have thought that members of each of the relevant religions was more likely to think of the others' books in terms like those - I'd prefer to use the word "myths"
Jesus never exsisted - personally, I expect he did.
No Afterlife - definitely not
Nobody has experienced Heaven in a NDE no one experiences the Holy Spirit - Spot on.
No one has a 6th sense - No one at all.
FINALLY:
You evolved from Apes or roaches you have this life *only* and if it's good great and if it sucks *Oh well tough luck* and when you die you evolve back into the dirt for the critters to eliminate on.
-- We prefer "common ancestor" but otherwise, yup.

Ah, crimsonandclover! She never picks me but I can't resist her questions!
Your evaluation is close but a bit biased. Religion is not so much a lie as a metaphor. It cloaks some fairly good ideas in a mythological overlay, but it is not without ethical value. The trouble is when people take the overlay more seriously than the ideas.
Most of the messages in the various scriptures have social value, but not all these values are universal. The appeal to an anthropomorphic "God" is clearly an attempt to legitimize the religion's creeds by an appeal to a perfect and inaccessible "authority".
A mistaken understanding does not make someone a liar. Some Christian guidance is generally good, but not unique to Christianity.
Did Jesus exist? I can't tell. Millions of people throughout history are undocumented. "Jesus" may have been modelled on a real person, but he was not divine.
IF there is something directing the unfolding of the universe, it is nothing like the petty tyrant Christians depict, and likely something we would not recognize as "God". There is no other realm of existence in which our consciousness and memories would continue to exist beyond physical death. People may claim to experience such things during "NDEs", but these are no more real than dreams, merely psychological interpretations of brain activity in a less-than- conscious state.
Yes, self-aware life seems to have slowly sorted itself out through the mediation of the properties of matter and energy over time. But when I die, I don't "evolve back", I decompose. Evolution happens to species, not individuals. Genetic alterations are expressed BETWEEN generations, not during an individual's lifetime. And though I eventually die, the important thing is that intelligent life continues, benefitting from the experience of previous generations. We don't have to start over with every generation.
Life is indeed unfair. It is the task of humanity to do something about it. Those who are born into poor circumstances should fight for improvements. Those who are well off have a duty to improve the lot of the unfortunate. This applies whether the cause of the misery is natural (climate, geology) or human (oppression, pollution, greed). And each should keep an eye directed to the welfare of generations to come, to ensure a sustainable environment, economy and culture.
Wanting to have an individual happy ending, awards ceremony or whatever doesn't make it so. Life is about change and that includes death. (Note that depictions of the "afterlife" are pretty static, the same thing forever and ever. It's not at all natural.) We take our best turn and then exit to make room for the next, hopefully improving the situation with each generation. How is that so hopeless?

Yes.
Yes
Yes. But so are all other religious people.
The Bible, the Torah and the Koran are books. There are things to be learned from all books. A people's heritage, their beliefs, laws and mythology. But no one book gives us the whole truth.
Jesus may have existed as a historical figure and a fine philosopher who was either terribly misquoted by others or got a touch of the sun.
No afterlife.
Someone might well have a subjective experience of going to heaven during a near-death experience or feel as though they've come in contact with the "Holy Spirit" quite genuinely. But that's only their experience and it doesn't make objectively true.
No. We did not evolve from roaches... or apes for that matter. We and apes evolved from a common ancestor.
It's not just luck. We can do things to help our lives be more enjoyable.
No... decaying does not count as evolving. And I prefer to think of my remains nourishing the earth and bringing new life. Don't you like animals? I do.
Yes. This is the world I live in. I like it just fine.

All but the "evolve back into the dirt"... that's called decay.
Right- that's most atheists stance on things- although most of us don't really actively care about religion- unless its stepping on our feet (as the Abrahamic religions all seem to do sooooo well).
Lets put that more nicely though:
-No GODS (not just yours)
-Religion is superstition
-Christians are superstitious
-The Bible, The Torah, and the Koran are all works of art- although mythological
-I don't think so (but that doesn't mean that other atheists may)
-NDEs produce a bright light and hallucinations (due to lack of oxygen to the brain)- this experience is very common among epileptics (just ask one).
-Some atheists may subscribe to that (I don't believe it)
-Yes. Apes. This is kind of obvious, and yes- if your life sucks, it sucks.
The world I live in is a very cool place- and I cherish each day as if it were my last... This is NOT a bleak outlook on things. I'm very happy to be here, and I utterly REFUSE to live my life for someone else or something else unless shown DAMN GOOD REASON to do so (like that Bible needs a LOT of backup before I'll even believe a word of it). I don't base my life on being anti-religious. I base it on being alive and having a very short amount of time to do so. That's all.

Jeremiah 10:23 "...to earthling man his way does not belong. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step." So we clearly need higher guidance because the political systems of this world will not solve the issues of sickness, suffering, death only God's kingdom which will soon put an end to these kingdoms and governments. (Daniel 2:44) From the first sin until now, it is obvious that a Higher guidance is needed. There has been nothing but pain and suffering. And the Bible is not a story book it is God's word. (2 Timothy 3:16,17) So what is the meaning of life without the hope if God's promises? Nothing! No man will bring peace to this world,or get rid of pain. There is a Creator, the complexity of humans and animals didn't come by chance. The solar systems orderliness didn't come by chance either. (Rev 4:11, Romans 1:20) So do some research before calling the Bible a story book.

Not quite:
No higher power.
Religion is a set of rules to govern by.
Christians believe what they believe, just like I believe what I believe.
The Bible The Torah, The Qu'ran are FABLES, moral purposes involved, but to be taken symbolically but not literally.
Jesus existed, but he wasn't devine (in my books, he's on the same page as Ghandi).
No Afterlife. (You get one try to make it right).
Nobody has experienced Heaven in a NDE no one experiences the Holy Spirit (well, maybe on some terrific drugs).
No one has a 6th sense. (again, terrific drugs).
FINALLY:
WE (yes, you and me) evolved from a semblace of mammal (I hesitate to say ape-like; it would just be taken wrongly).
That pretty much sums up my view of the world. At least I don't need the threat of punishment or the promise of a reward to make sure I'm a decent person.

Well not all atheists deny other metaphysical concepts (see Buddhists).
However - if your referring to the stereotypical Western atheist then yes.
Small niggling point: Not all say "tough luck," some see it as a duty to enact certain levels of social change to at least make man's brief stay on earth somewhat enjoyable.
Really depends on the type of atheist you are - You could be of the "Reason is All" group where actions are judged by rationality. You could be the Moral Relativist Nietzschean, you could be a Rational Spiritualist like Sam Harris.
Pretty much a lot of room to manuever.
