I have a siberian husky and she only barks when i am on the phone do you know why or a guess?

Maybe the phone is giving off high-pitched sounds when in use that you can't hear, and she is singing along to it.

I don't know, but my dog gets excited when the phone rings and when I'm on it. He gets so annoying being under my feet the whole time. They must know that there are other people "in the house" via the phone.

Like any female, she probably wants you to "pay attention to her," and get off the telephone.
