120, and the wall will be 53 1/3 feet long. I would order about 5-10% more blocks as some will have defects and/or break while you build the wall.

53 feet at 16" wide equals 39.75 which is only 39
you have 16" high left
53 feet at 8" equals 79.5 which is only 79
therefore 79+39 = 118

It takes 40 blocks to make 53 ft and you need three courses of them to make it 2 ft high
