First , it was leaking out of the valve core. So , I replaced it, then recharged it.Now it cycles on and off about every 3 seconds and blows warm air.

it may have to much air in it, you'll have to have it evacuated and recharged..

The only way to really know what's going on with your a/c system is hook a set of manifold gauges up to it, and read the pressures. 1994 was the changeover year for Ford to 134a. So that is likely what you have in it, the sticker under the hood will confirm that, and the proper charge for the system. With the engine running, the windows closed and the a/c on max with fan on high, you should be seeing around 35psi low side and 250psi high side, depending on the ambient temp. The clutch should be steadily engaged. After an extended running time, the pressures will drop as the interior temp drops, and the clutch at that point may cycle, once the suction pressure drops below 22psi. Without knowing the actual pressures in the system, all the rest is just guesswork. Could be a lot of things, only real way to be sure is with gauges.

Maybe you have TOO MUCH refrigerant in the system? If you don't allow it to expand in the evaporator, it will never cool....

Are you getting a proper compression on the high-side? If so, compressor isn't the problem. It also shows the clutch isn't the problem.

Look at the compressor unit with the a/c on. Is the shaft turning along with the pulley? If so Your clutch is working. Otherwise, the pulley assembly will turn, but the shaft will not.

Kicks off and on, system blocked, fan clutch not working, or blend door stuck in hot position

Too much 134a in system. A converted r12 takes less 134a in system.
