Sounds like Asperger's syndrom. Basically, it is like an adult autism, usually indicated by a total lack of social skills.

It could be something wrong with his diet or environment. Toxins from certian foods and from the air and water in our world can affect people strangely. Usually this is most present in young children, but adults can have the problems. Ask him about what he eats, if it has a lot of preservatives in it, things like that. Figuring out what's going on with his diet and living space can help find a cure. Some metals in water can have a very bad effect on people, so a water purifier may help. Has he done this his whole life?

I don't really believe in Autism or Aspergers Syndrome anymore, but it does sound a little like that. Look into more holistic approaches to helping him - health food, energy healing, meditation - they can all drasticly change a person for the better. Believe me, I've experienced it, and cured myself of "Autism and ADD" through such measures.

It sounds to me like the signs of someone with severe alcoholism.
I used to work with a woman who drank an entire bottle of Vodka, by herself, every day after work. If she had a bad day, she might have 2 bottles. And this is straight Vodka, nothing mixed with it.
She is very immature for her age (36), she tells all sorts of sick jokes, she talks about her vulgar sex life to anyone who will listen, she jumps from topic to topic.
