You don't even have to post your answer. Just think about it. Are you ready to face God with any regrets? Did you love Him enough? Did you spend enough time with Him? Did you live a life that was pleasing to Him?
This message was preached last night at my church. Its good to check yourself as you walk with God.

I'm not really talking about sin, i'm talking about barely getting into heaven. You might be saved, but is there more that you could of done? Did you encourage your neighbor, did you witness enough?
I think we could all do more, including myself. I want to hear those beautiful words: Well done thou good and faithful servant.

Thank you. I know it's meant to encourage us and make us think. I will think about it.

Pat,
What a wonderful message. We had an evangelist in the last three days and I became too ill to stay for the entire talk. He was absolutely wonderful. I have been very active in prayer, retrospective thought, reading and studying GOD'S WORD daily. I have been disabled for the last two years and have been rather lax at taking care of everything around the house but I do feel that I am ready for CHRIST to return when HE comes! Have a wonderful weekend and a glorious LORD'S DAY!
Thanks for the thoughts,
Eds (Faithful man of GOD)

It has taken me a long time to come to this conclusion, but I don't believe in God anymore. I think it is just a ploy to make people follow simple "life" rules to live happy lives and get along with other people. I don't need the threat of hell to meditate daily and to follow most all of the teachings in the bible.
Don't get me wrong. I think the bible is a great idea. And if you follow the teachings, you will be happy in life. But I'm sick and tired of preaching about things that can't be proven. And I know that religion is used the world over to influence people to do what "big government" wants. Who says our religion is any different?

I am a pastor of one of the largest churches in the U.S. and I am the leader of an organization which houses about 1/3 of the Christians in the U.S.
I have secret rendezvous with a male prostitute where we have gay sex and snort meth. I am married with children.
Next week I will preach to thousands of people how to live a pure life and how accepting Jesus is a rebirth.
I call myself "Art".

We (none of us) are fit to face God! We should all have regrets. How could a human love him enough? We could never measure up. That's why he had to die for us! If we could be perfect he wouldn't have had to come. He came for the sinners.

No, the power of God sets us free from sin.
We struggle and have nothing to be proud of, so God receives all the glory.

answer to your questions
all my sins have been whiped away by the blood of christ
so there is no longer condemntation
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
