Is giving her rides to that guy a crime to? And If She's pregnat at the age of 17 with him?

its statutory rape. the legal age of legal sex is 18. that is when you are adult. yes it is a crime. that is totally disgusting.

The 17-yr. old is not committing a crime. The 37-year old might be, depending on the law where you live. Some states say 17 is okay.
Giving ride to, and her being pregnant - not crimes.

That is repulsing. The 37 year old should know better. It is a crime because the 17 year old is still a minor. Until the 17 year old turns 18 its illegal. Unfortunately, you cant be charged with giving somebody rides however, they should know better and say no.

IT is a crime for her to be dating a 37 year old until the age of 18 then it is legal and yes you could get in to sever trouble but not from the law your parents would be extremely enraged if they found out and your friends mom might place a restraing order out on you.

That depends on where they are located. Some places anyone under the age of 18 is still considered a minor in regards to sexual consent. Some areas it's 16 and under. It is not morally right and a 37-year-old man has no business messing with a 17-year-old kid. You need to consult a legal expert in your area to determine if this is considered criminal activity.

This is absolutely a crime and giving her rides and being aware that she is having sex with him makes that person a accessory to the crime. Don't be involved if you know this girl and try to encourage her not to continue doing this. Atleast until she is 18. IF she cares about the guy she will stop until she is of age

If the 17 year old and the 37 yearold have sex the 37 year-old, could be charged with Statuatory Rape, depending on which state your in. and it isn't a crime to drive them.

yes it's statutory rape.
But I don;t think anyone really checks on it unless a parent or gaurdian reports it.
Pretty sad that a 37 year old guy would even look twice at a 17 yearold girl.
And she's pregnant?

whether its illegal or not, its flat out sick!
but i do believe it is a crime becaus i know of a case that a 16 year old got in trouble for havin sex with an 19 year old when the parents had not given the consent.

17 is not under the law sixteen is sadly , the older man should know better that she is just a kid, if she is pregnate she has thrown her life away you can not get in troble giving her a ride but if you belive the relationship is wrong you should not offer to take her to it

That's a big crime... Having sex with a minor. He can go to jail. Her giving his rides is not a crime but her having sex with him is. He should wait until she is 18 and is legal to have sex with her.
