I had this same problem when an asian family moved into my neighbourhood. unfortunately it is very common because I know other people with it too. i dont know if you can do anything about it, you might have to move. If you hvae a good neighbourhood association, you might be able to force the asians to move out and that would solve your proble mtoo. i hope you figure out a way to solve this situation, I love cats and it made me very angry when my neighbours ate my poor robert!

1. Make sure every cat has a collar and tag - or even better, a microchip. When a cat disappears, notify the authorities
2. Install one of those invisible fences (underground) all around the perimeter of your property
3. Keep an eye on your cats while they are outside. Keep an eye on your neighbors, too. You might actually catch them doing it.

Are you insane?? You answered your own question too! You wrote that they have to stay outdoors! Both of you need the cops called on you! You for being a terrible pet owner to LET this happen and for what the neighbors are doing! You should not be allowed to own a pet nor should they! Every heard of animal laws?!?! You are so ignorant it makes me sick and I feel so sorry for these poor pets, not just cats. It is inhumane what is going on. Obviously with the little brain cells you have call the police to report it! I cannot believe you would post such a thing! Just sick!!

When your not home or asleep put the cats in a goodsized pen and put a lock on it. If the neighbors are that desperate to eat a cat then you might have to think of a different plan!!

If you refuse to keep the cats indoors, there is no way to keep them safe from neighbors like that.
You can report them to the police, but it won't stop the behavior.
Either find another home for your cats or resign yourself to having them be killed. You're not going to be able to keep them safe unless you keep them INSIDE or give them away to new homes. It's that simple.

confront the family, explaine that these are your pets, u love them and have never had any intention for them to become meals.
call the police everytime a cat disapears.
microchip
stop owning animals that will get eaten ? give them away to homes without this problem.
how do u know they are eating them ? i have known people to trap outside cats and drop them off at the pound. next time one goes missing check with your local shleter about it's whereabouts.

Perhaps you could confine your cats to your property with appropriate fencing materials. Your neighbors would then be trespassing to get at your animals, which is a criminal, prosecutable offense. You might also speak with an attorney about compensation for your missing pets and that might discourage them.
Implanting your animals with microchips is an effective way to track their movements and could significantly help your legal course of action in this matter. It would prove beyond a reasonable doubt that your neighbors are preying on your pets.

that is an interesting development. anyway. I thinks it is best that you attempt to talk to them about it. If they refuse to stop, then you have to get the local authorities involved. Hopefully, they will stop.
