Started a new job, but am having trouble comprehending information given to me explaining how work is completed.
I have ADD, and it is difficult for me to take notes, but at the same time really listen and hear the main ideas given to me.
Anyone have information on how I can listen, take notes, and comprehend information given to me.

Ask them if they have this information in writing so you can refer to it as needed.
You may also try natural remedies (ask your local health food store).

But a small cassette player, take it to work, so you can tape what is being and you can listen to the instructions when you have time.
