You probably wot get your first degree until 21 or 22, then its at least 3 tears later or 5 if your doing a masters first. Often PhD's overrun so I'd say 25+

After completig 4- year bachelor u actually complete 16 years of education and after this u have to complete MS or master degree that is equl to 18 years of education.
after ms or m-phil u only require 3 years minimum to complete ur PHD
so min 18+3 = 21 years of education requires to complete PHD degree.
if u start education when u were 4 years old then approximately u need minimum 21+ 4 = 25 years of ur precious life to complete a PHD degree.
