I think all weather is beautiful and I think my God creates it all.. even hurricanes and tornados.

Neither God nor Satan controls the weather. It is controlled by the environment. God may have made the Earth and the environment, but neither God nor Satan control anything. God gave up control when he gave us free will. Satan only tempts us and it is the humans who have all of the control. (we can even control, or impact the weather).

Of course God controls it all. Even if it's bad weather,God has a plan for everything. Without God's permission Satan can't do anything.

Weather is controlled by natural forces. God made the Earth, planets etc. but I don't think he sits there with a fan to make wind.

Well God left the earth in the hands of Satan but i believe the weather is left up to the atmosphere and a lot of human activity like the polution caused by trucks, petroleum driven vehicles, etc. They are the reason for the smog, smoke+fog=Smog.
But Satan does control the earth.
So it could be both Satan and our atmosphere.
