well if you're gonna be a child movie star, you need to be good and have talent. often if it's with younger kids, people are looking for a natural performance.
in order to do auditions, the best thing would be to register with an agent, and the agent will let you know what about auditions.

you probably dont, what happens to those kids is that they start performing when they start to walk and by the time they are 5 or 6 they are pretty good and they get an agent.
