I'm 16, 5'11" and 240 lbs I want to know good exercises and foods to eat to lose weight if it helps I have 35% body fat.

If you join a Gym, they have personal trainers there, they can get you on a good exercise, and diet plan for your particularly body mass index. A gym, has plenty of different types of exercise, and weight fitness machines.

I know you hate to hear it, but simple portion control and exercise is your best bet!!! You can diet all you want, but the weight will not come off *long term* unless you exercise.
