If its just a saline nose spray, its probably fine. Saline doesn't really "go bad." If its something you had a script for, you should probably call your dr. and just ask them to update your script.

I would not use it, especially after it has expired. If, I were you, I would toss it and buy some new nose spray.

Its funny that u asked that..just 2 nights ago i used nose spray and afterwards i realized it was waayy expired....i was worried..but nothing happened, it cleared my nose right up!! i was just happy i could breathe right..lol..but i guess i wouldn't suggest it...but nothing happened to me..:)
