A priori knowledge, also gnostic understanding. The early Gnostics were a serious challenge to the establishing church. Might look at Kant and the Critique of Pure Reason -- rather heavy tome. Anyway, you are probably looking to see for yourself. It isn't easy and any a priori knowledge is a gift from God, which means it is best not to ask for it. I think that to attain such wisdom you have to prepare yourself like you prepare a vessel for milk. Just as the vessel must be sterile, your mind has to be clean of vanity, self interests and other attitudes that seal the vessel from the divine. You have to be humble. Not humble because you want the divine. Humble for no reason. There is no contract, as if i am humble then God will fill me. No deals. You must be give up your free will to participate in the Will of God. You have to study study study. Knowledge has to interconnect. If you haven't studied, then it is very likely you will not understand what it is that you have received. Actually you will receive nothing if you haven't prepared your mind with study.
You need to realize that our minds are bigger than our thoughts and intersect with other minds and communicates with the Divine through the soul. Do not expect. Do not judge what you receive, but connect it with your studies. You will find that most human endeavors need enlightenment.
A word of advice: should you be fortunate enough to receive, then do not judge it as too small or insignificant. If you got the big stories in a single filling, it would shatter you: you would go totally insane, struck speechless; or simply die on the spot. You get to know God by the infusion of knowledge, (and the odd converstaion). The ultimate knowledge gift will have you transcend and bind with God. Not many have done this.

I don't think the 'uncertainty principle' in quantum mechanics is either reasonable nor perceptible to the senses. It flies in the face of reason.
From the link provided, past all of the calculations, the following dialog is fascinating:
'It is this interpretation that Einstein was questioning when he said "I cannot believe that God would choose to play dice with the universe." Bohr, who was one of the authors of the Copenhagen interpretation, responded, "Einstein, don't tell God what to do." Niels Bohr himself acknowledged that quantum mechanics and the uncertainty principle were counter-intuitive when he stated, "Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood a single word."'
In short, I explain the concept as God revealing Himself. He does, and doesn't, as He chooses.

In the same way you get to "know" another person. It is not through sense perception, nor is it logically deduced. It comes from spending time with that other person.
You grow to love someone as you get to know them. You can not see the love, you can not put it in a test tube and measure it. Love has no mass, nor can it be inspected under a microscope.
When you get to know God - REALLY know Him, not just your pseudo-intellectual bible-bashing pretend-to-know-something-about -God attitude, then you can fall in love with God.
How do you verify the credibility of falling in love (I do NOT mean "falling in lust"!!!) with another person? It's in the way you respond, the way you talk about and treat that other person.
If I see you talking bad about someone, I can only assume you do NOT love him or her. If this other person is someone that I personally know to be a wonderful person, it also tells me that you also don't know the first thing about that person, and with that kind of attitude, if I were to see it as evidenced in your behavior towards that other person, I would quickly figure out that you don't even WANT to know that other person, or take time to find out about that other person, other than listening to the hate-filled lies and slander that might be going around.
At least, that's what I would conclude if it involved another human being.
I think I can apply that same reasoning towards a person's attitudes and reactions towards God, also.

When you stop thinking and analyzing and moving from one concept to another in your mind and just rest your awareness in the stillness that is always present you will meet God. When knowing God stops being a concept of the mind because of direct experience you may begin to understand but will most likely find no words to describe it. For starters begin paying attention to the gaps between your thoughts and the silence between the words.

Begin by understanding that it is the authentic Self that you are seeking which is the bridge with God/Reality. Unity being a state of internal ego (learned identity) transcendence mirrored perfectly by one's experience of reality. All adepts have tried to describe this intersection of psychology and physics, being and reality. God/Reality (the experience of the divine, perfect goodness) is the multi-dimensional non-material field that is responsive to consciousness.

Look within. It says, Seek, (keep seeking) and you shall find."
"The Kingdom of God is withIN you." The first promise, if you sought God with all your heart or for all your life and you still can't find, you'll be rewarded and not judged for fulfilling your part of the bargain.
"In the silence behind the silence."
Trust.
After you have found 'Him,' you won't be able to prove it to another soul. That's one reason why God asks us to love and be good to others, perchance they want what you have, (not so much what you say, as God will do the rest) and they seek also.
"If it's not within, it won't be without."
No one knows God fully, as it is an eternal process.
Hope it helps.

When a person gets saved, the Holy Spirit comes to live and dwell within them. He is the one who enlightens us to the truth.
I don't claim to know everything about everything.....but I do know this:
Godly wisdom comes from above. Worldly wisdom comes from below. We don't always get it right......but God never fails.
