I didn't know they left. But it's an open forum, so they are welcome to be on here if they choose. Many Atheists are very nice and friendly and I respect them. The rest I just have to excuse. Unlike some Atheists, (most) Christians don't hate people who have beliefs that differ from our own. So why would you accuse us of being happy if they left? Are you saying you'd be happy if all the Christians left?

I am certainly NOT. I am glad that you have remained. You are quite bright as were many of those who seem to have left us. Hopefully, they are only taking a break and will return to us. I do enjoy learning and that is not possible without such people to instill us with knowledge and good questions. I get rather tired of the same old questions... Don't YOU? No, they won't be happy until it's Christians only. That means now they'll have to go on a crusade to kick out the Pagans, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, and every other non Christian religion.

I stopped answering atheist posts as they seemed to be getting abusive. Actually Beteriage did some good Qs, but she's a pragmatic atheist and non-confrontational, I think.

They did? Who? There's still tons of atheistic questions. Maybe your friends got tired of asking the same questions every day, and moved on to other things. There's new atheists here, if it makes you feel better. And I never wanted the atheists to leave anyway. They're part of the reason I'm here.

I didn't notice any decrease in numbers but I am new here. Why would any one be happy about someone leaving..unless they were rude and vulgar? I welcome differences in thought and philosophies. If there is none you might as well talk to yourself!
