She is urinating and her bowel movements are normal. Sometimes when she does throw up there is a some of her food in it. She is still active, playful, and is acting like normal.
What could it be?

Yes it is after I take her outside, she will come in and drink alot of the water, then throw it up.

When she drinks or eats, does she do it really really fast? Some dogs that gobble food down too fast have problems like that, and they regurgitate their food.

There could be other possiblities, maybe she swallowed something or has something going on internally. Why not take her to the vet and rule out anything major?

I would take her to the vet. Dogs just don't throw up for no reason.

Good to see you care. However, most dogs puke "just because" just to clear their stomachs. Especially after a nice helping of grass.

I would urge you to make a veterinarian appointment
could be something like kidney stones. but he could confirm it.
