If everything you say is true, the only way this loan will happen is with a loan shark.

Depends on the needs for the loan. Good income can get you a loan at a credit union. They look at your income and your credit report. They usually will give an interest rate based on your FICO. If you have a car that is paid for, then you can get a loan against that. You can sell anything that you can really do without. You probably have a number of those items on the credit cards that you have maxed out. You can sometimes take a loan against your 401 k or IRA. If you have a Roth IRA, you can liquidate that without tax consequences since it was paid for with after tax monies.

Check with your church or synagogue. If the reason for the bills are related to a health issue or some other personal catastrophe, they may be able to help out.

In San Francisco, we have a free loan run by an organization that is philanthropic.

Good income means no need for unsecured loans. A car or home, or even a boat are all attainable through normal secured loans.

Bad credit means no loans, except at ridiculous interest rates. Why not save for a while and buy what you need with cash?

My only question is if your income is good why is your credit bad? Then again what do you refer to as good income, compared to what the bank views it as? What is your credit to debt ratio? All things that must be considered, and are considered by the banks and lending institutions.
