Major one is not communicating. Not sharing each others feelings, respecting each other, feeling each other. Problems of money will come up here and there, and may or may not be the "Ender". People think that marriages end for the most part because of finances, its because both people involved either give up or have no more interest in each other. Keeping the relationship active is helpful but relating going about everday lives and such is helpful.

The list would be infinite because not everyone considers the same thing a problem or a deal breaker.

A couple of the primary issues that couples have tend to stem from poor communication and/or money/finances. Many of the reasons things don't work out (cheating, for example...communication breakdown typically plays a role) can be traced back to one of these things.

no trust. lying even if it is to avoid a fight. being lazy and not helping around the house. money problems. having money and not helping when the other is in debt. no communicating. not helping fix my car. not taking me to dinner or out in public places. not including me in family events. not being social with my family. asking my family for help and not thanking them for it. staying up all hours of the night on the computer. going to strip clubs and not being honest about it. not doing anything romantic. wouldnt help me out when i was sick. takes days off work to hang with friends but wont take a day off for me or our anniversary of 8 years. wouldnt invite me to a car show when his friends girlfriends attended.

wow.. i could go on and on.. cant ya tell im mad at my boyfriend at the moment lol,,
