My 2006 Jetta TDI is ready for its 40,000 mile service (yes I drive a lot). The quote from the dealer was for a crazy amount of money. Does anyone know a reliable shop with experience working on TDIs in the Houston area? (prefferably on the east side).

Chances are good that the price will be better. The quality of service will probably be better, as well. Lots of these mechanics only work on TDIs, so their knowledge is exceptional.
